About

The Electronic Conveyancing Group (ECG) was formed with the vision of becoming a collaborative voice of the primary user groups of the National Electronic Conveyancing Platform, PEXA.

Objectives

• Agreed identification of possible solutions to contribute to the efficiency of the national electronic conveyancing system;
• The development of effective relationships between the members of the User Group and with the Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) and National E-Conveyancing Development Ltd (NECDL)

Aims

The ECG aims to be the principal driver of both the legal and practical issues associated with the introduction of electronic conveyancing for banks, licensed conveyancers and legal practitioners.
